I'm a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist and Reiki practitioner based in Santa Rosa, CA.

I offer tailored, specific, and compassionate massage sessions designed to address soft tissue dysfunction injuries, posture, and movement limitations.

My approach is rooted in a biopsychosocial mindset that respects the full complexity of each individual.

My training allows me to assess and treat with precision, whether you're dealing with chronic tension, acute discomfort, or stress-related issues. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, combining therapeutic techniques with clear communication and measurable goals.

In addition to bodywork, I’ve been writing, producing, and releasing music since 1998. My connection to sound and frequency deeply informs my touch—I approach both music and the human body with the same curiosity, care, and respect.

Reiki has been part of my practice for over fifteen years, bringing a spontaneous, therapeutic quality to each session. I value open communication, and consultations are a key part of how I work. Please feel free to reach out—let’s start a conversation and see if I’m the right therapist for you.

sessions

60 minutes session

$140

A 60-min session allows for a focused 5-minute assessment, including range of motion checks, to help identify key areas of tension. We’ll typically have time to address 2 to 3 specific regions that need attention. Throughout the session, I’ll guide you through the process, linking the muscles we’re working on to everyday movements that may need adjustment. The goal is for you to leave with both immediate relief and a clear sense of direction—with one short-term objective and a longer-term plan to support your body’s ongoing needs.

“I chase dysfunctions not the pain.”

75 minutes session

$175

This is my favorite session length to work with, offering an ideal pace for effective and focused care. It allows for 5 to 8 minutes of assessment—including range of motion evaluations and muscle testing—followed by hands-on work addressing 3 to 4 key areas that need attention. When circumstances allow, the session begins with sidelying work to ease into deeper tissue layers, and concludes in a supine position for integration and relaxation. Throughout the process, I’ll guide you step by step, keeping you informed about any patterns of tension, resistance, or blockage I find. Together, we’ll identify specific areas of concern for immediate relief and discuss a personalized plan to support your progress over the coming months.

“I only work with a client centered mindset.”

90 minutes session

$210

The most comprehensive option—ideal for chronic issues, complex pain patterns, or anyone needing focused attention across the whole body. In 90 minutes, we can perform a more thorough assessment and address multiple areas without compromise. This gives space for deeper therapeutic work, nervous system reset, and postural re-education, all while allowing your body to integrate the changes at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. It’s the ultimate reset, especially for those committed to long-term change.

"Every body I work with carries its own rhythm and history—no two are the same, and neither are the sessions.”

about my approach to NEUROMUSCULAR WORK

Neuromuscular therapy is a targeted, clinical approach to massage that addresses the underlying causes of chronic pain, muscular imbalances, and postural dysfunction.

Through detailed assessment and precise techniques, I work to release trigger points, improve mobility, and restore balance to the nervous and muscular systems.

My goal is not just to help you feel better temporarily, but to support long-term healing and functional wellness.

Unlike general relaxation massage, neuromuscular therapy is often part of a pain management or rehabilitation plan, helping clients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, or correct long-standing imbalances.

I work using a biopsychosocial mindset: pain is more than just a physical issue. Instead of focusing only on the body (bio), I also consider how your mind (psycho) and life circumstances (social) impact your experience of pain.

Stress, sleep, emotions, relationships, and past injuries can all play a role in how your body holds tension and how well it responds to treatment.

By understanding and respecting the full picture of what you're going through, this approach allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs—supporting not just physical relief, but deeper, lasting wellness.
